Adult Psychotherapy in Kentucky
Who I work with:
I work primarily with adults whose problems and concerns do not fit into neat boxes or come with easy solutions. This includes people who have already tried therapy, self-help, or done their own research and are looking for deeper understanding about what is contributing to and maintaining their challenges. I especially enjoy helping people struggling with perfectionism and rigidity, shame and low self-worth, concerns related to identity and purpose, and chronic emotion regulation difficulties.
I'm comfortable with complexity and work well with people navigating multiple overlapping concerns, family of origin issues, late-diagnoses, or patterns that keep showing up despite their best efforts. I also work well with high-masking individuals newly exploring ADHD or autism identification, people whose struggles have been unnoticed, overlooked, or attributed to depression or anxiety for years.
