Psychotherapy
for Adults in Kentucky

Who I work with:

Being drawn to complex assessments, I also enjoy working psychotherapeutically with adults whose problems and concerns do not fit into neat boxes. This includes people who have already tried therapy, self-help, or done their own research and are looking for deeper understanding about what is contributing to and maintaining their challenges.

I'm comfortable with complexity and work well with people navigating multiple overlapping concerns, family of origin issues, late-diagnoses, or patterns that keep showing up despite their best efforts. I also work with high-masking individuals newly exploring ADHD or autism identification, people whose struggles have been unnoticed, overlooked, or attributed to depression or anxiety for years.

What I help with:

  • Mood disorders (depression and bipolar spectrum appropriate for outpatient care)

  • Anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety)

  • OCD and related conditions

  • Perfectionism and rigidity

  • Complex trauma

  • Emotion regulation, interpersonal, and personality concerns

  • Adult ADHD and autism (navigating late diagnosis, accommodations, identity)

  • Identity exploration, meaning-making, and life transitions

  • Getting unstuck when previous approaches haven't worked

How I work:

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities--CBT, ACT, DBT skills, exposure therapy, and trauma-focused methods--with a collaborative, relational style. Sessions can involve structured skills work, deeper explorations of patterns and values, or both, depending on what you need.

I explain what the research says and why we’re doing what we’re doing so you understand the approach, and I adapt my techniques to your needs and feedback. If something isn't working, I won’t assume you aren’t motivated. We can troubleshoot to find a solution together.

Fees & practical info:

I provide individual telepsychology via secure video throughout Kentucky.

50-minute individual sessions: $150. I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots in my therapy practice.

I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, I provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

As a solo practitioner in private practice, I do not have the resources to provide services for clients who have active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or acute psychiatric crises. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 Suicide and Crisis lifeline or your local emergency services.
